Field Services

A significant component of our activity is services provided on-site at the customer’s premises. In view of the nature of this type of service, we have collected a wide range of spare parts. Should on-site repair prove impossible, we can offer replacement equipment, in which case damaged devices are taken to our service workshop for precise diagnostics and repair.

For customers with special demands, our offer includes on-site repairs at the customer’s premises with guaranteed response time and restoration of functionality (repair or replacement equipment).
